A third-generation business owner, Robert Paden got his entrepreneurial chops from his family right here in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Beginning with his grandfather’s business MetalTek International, Robert was raised by two driven individuals and successful business owners in their own right. They instilled in him a commitment to hard work, respect for the craft, and quality. A member of the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), Robert has been a business owner for over 10 years and has been in the tree industry for over 15 years. Robert and his wife Bethany are raising a sweet daughter Lily and are expecting a baby boy in October 2025. Along with their dog Hueco, they spend as much time outside as a family as possible.
Robert is passionate about trees. He understands that every tree is different, and that is a large part of what makes him appreciate his job. He instills professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service in his entire team. He aims to hire the most skilled individuals who are experienced, knowledge-based, and just genuine, good-hearted people.
